The Army National Guard needed to reach young people who weren’t aware of the flexibility and opportunities of part-time service, and to do it in a world where face-to-face recruiting was no longer the norm.
I helped develop a nationwide social media campaign that positioned the Guard as a path toward purpose and personal growth. Through motivational content, near-peer storytelling, and cohesive brand materials, we built awareness and connection.
Through authentic storytelling and consistent digital branding, we drove a 44% boost in followers, 49M+ impressions, and 30K new leads across 54 states and territories.
Oversaw the weekly digital newsletters that I reviewed and approved for the Production Artist and Graphic Designer on the ARNG Multimedia contract. Keeping digital assets engaging and on trend while keeping a consistent established brand.
