For the National Institutes of Health (NIH), I designed a quick-reference infographic that simplifies the federal hiring process into a clear, approachable visual experience for applicants. The goal was to transform a dense, multi-step process into something easier to navigate while maintaining consistency with NIH’s trusted brand identity.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, I developed a clean, structured layout that balanced accessibility, hierarchy, and engagement. Through bold typography, supportive iconography, and step-by-step visual storytelling, the infographic helps applicants better understand what to expect throughout the NIH hiring journey.

This project focused heavily on information hierarchy and accessibility, exploring ways to organize complex content into a format that felt intuitive and easy to follow. Every visual element, from typography scale to icon placement, was intentionally designed to guide users through the hiring process without overwhelming them.
